Do you offer any gluten free items? No, should you have any question about an ingredient or allergy, please send us an email or call us by visiting the Contact Us page.
How advance do i need to order? Kindly make the order at least 2 or 3 days notice to match my availability. My humble bakery as of now is a hobby, I prefer to make time to enjoy every products i make and make them with the best quality i can, as if I am making them for myself or my family whom I love so much! Hence, my order take will be limited and will be first order first served basis! Like mentioned, this is a hobby and i love it, i am asking for your kind consideration on notifying me ahead of time, so that i can schedule and accommodate your order. Thank you in advance!
Are your products nut-free? If you have a strong nut allergy, egg allergy or any allergies with our ingredients, we do not suggest for you to buy & ingest my products. I strongly ask you to take precautionary measures: consult your medical practitioner first even if you are not strongly allergic. If your doctor approves my nut-containing, and other allergen-containing products, please have your medication on hand at all times. Customers who are allergic to nuts/allergens and want to consume any of my baked goods will be doing at their own risk.
What type of cakes you make? We only bake vintage designed cakes available in our website. Some of the cake types that we do not make as of now are: themed, novelty, custom, wedding, tiered cakes. We do hope that we can explore those options in the future, i do enjoy the thought of having them in our selection one day
How can i make an order? You can select the item/s you like from our selection, add them to your order, proceed to check out and follow the instructions. Or you can also fill up & submit a form in our Contact Us page, you can email us at Order@dumplets.ca, or give us a call/text at +1(780)-607-2538 we'd love to hear from you!
How can i pay for my order? Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation to pay. However, please wait for our call and/or text confirmation. Once, we gave you the confirmation, then you can proceed with the payment. We do appreciate your patience.
Can i cancel my order? Please CALL US +1(780)-607-2538 if you intend to cancel your order anytime few days before your event. On short notices, we will allow one day cancellation before your event/ pick up/ delivery, on the conditions to 1) please CALL +1(780)-607-2538 and discuss with us if you are cancelling (1) one day before as we might miss any automated email sent to us; 2) In this situation, we can make an exception if we have not started the production process. Reminder that we are dealing with bread, buns, cakes and pastries, which requires intensive amount of time to make a product. In addition, these are perishable consumables, you cannot cancel on the day of your event/ pick up/ delivery; therefore no refund.
